At Sensitive and Queer, we believe that visibility is a form of care, and that queer and sensitive folks deserve spaces where we don't have to explain ourselves, shrink ourselves, or armour up to belong.
That's why we're proud to be listed on Everywhere Is Queer, a global map of queer-owned businesses, safe spaces, and affirming services. It feels like it's more than a directory, and more like an opportunity to make queer lives and livelihoods more visible, sustainable, and connected.
Everywhere Is Queer is a public resource (and ever-growing searchable map!) created for the LGBTQIA2S+ and ally community to find welcoming, queer-owned spaces to shop, connect, eat, learn, and grow all over the world… even in your own neighborhood!
Is Everywhere Queer?
Founded by Charlie Sprinkman, Everywhere Is Queer is a worldwide directory helping people find queer-owned spaces, whether that's a bookshop, graphic designers, a yoga studio, or an online coaching and community offering like ours. It was created out of a simple but powerful need: to feel safe and seen while travelling or seeking out services.
It's built for those moments we've all had as LGBTQ+ folks:
"Is this place safe for me?"
"Will I have to code-switch here?"
"Will they understand who I am?"
The app and map offer clarity, community, and connection in a world where queer belonging still isn't guaranteed.
Joining the map
Sensitive and Queer offers coaching, courses, community, and resources specifically for highly sensitive LGBTQIA+ people. That's a unique intersection and one that can feel incredibly lonely without the right support.
We're listed on Everywhere Is Queer because:
- We are queer-owned and queer-led. This isn't just a label, it's the heart of what we do.
- We centre sensitivity. Many of us navigate the world with heightened empathy, sensory awareness, and emotional depth. That can be a superpower, but only if it's understood and supported.
