Business Canvas for Sensitive Creatives.

Freebie

Feeling overwhelmed trying to make sense of your business? The Business Model Canvas is a (free) simple, one-page tool that helps you see the full picture of what you're building, without getting lost in the weeds.

What it is (and why it's helpful).

The Business Model Canvas breaks your business down into ten key areas. These include who you're serving, what you're offering, how you connect with people, how you earn money, what resources you rely on, and what your biggest costs are. It gives you a bird's-eye view, helping you spot gaps, simplify your thinking, and get organised.

This isn't about writing a long, formal business plan. It's about getting everything out of your head and onto one page so you can see it, tweak it, and use it to guide your next steps. It's especially helpful if you're more of a big-picture thinker, or if traditional business planning tools haven't worked for you in the past.
