This isn't a general wellness course with a rainbow logo slapped on. It's built specifically for people who are both queer and highly sensitive, people who often feel like they don't quite fit into mainstream spaces. The language, examples, and support reflect that.

Some courses include access to a quiet, low-key online space where you can connect with other queer HSPs. It's not noisy, overwhelming, or demanding, just a place to check in, share, or simply be around people who get it. Totally optional.
